CEIMAR Predoctoral

14683366875_c513614896_zCEI·MAR has published in the ReSEArch Plan a Programe for the formation in Predoctoral Level. The objective is to finalize the PhD Thesis in the different programs in EIDEMAR. In this plan, we have included the calls realized by the aggregation  CEI·MAR and the callas realized by a member of the aggregation. In the calls realized by the aggregation, all the research lines in all of the members of CEI·MAR can participate. The different calls are presented in the following lines.

Predoctoral Contracts by the whole aggregation

One call for the PhD thesis in CEI·MAR , offering 14 predoctoral contracts financed by CEI·MAR in the 2013-2014 period. 5 strategic research lines and + 4 PhD Thesis programs EIDEMAR). During this years 2013-2014 we have implemented other supports CEI·MAR for doctoral studies, associated to some of the participants in the Campus like  UCA (4) and UMA (2) http://goo.gl/3aEAgK.

Beneficiary: JUAN LUIS FUENTES CORDERO.
PhD Thesis Title: Descripción, producción y uso en cultivos acuícolas multitróficos de una microalga extremófila y el consorcio microbiano asociado.
Directed by: Carlos Vilches (UHU) and M. González del Valle (empresa BIOAVAN SL).

Strategic line “Marine ecosystems and social benefits in a global change scenario”
Beneficiary: ELISA MARTÍ MORALES.
PhD Thesis Title: Distribución del neuston en el océano global.
Directed by: Carlos M. Duarte (Universidad Western Australia) and Andrés Cózar (UCA).

Strategic line: “Marine renewable energies”
Beneficiary: Mª CONCEPCION CALERO QUESADA.
PhD Thesis Title: Caracterización física de zonas marinas en el sur de la península ibérica de especial interés antropogénico con enfasis en la extraccion de energia de las corrientes marinas, mediante la aplicación de modelos hidrodinámicos.
Directed by: Jesús García Lafuente (UMA) and Miguel Bruno (UCA).

Strategic line: “Smart, sustainable and integrated maritime transport”
Beneficiario: MANUEL COBOS BUDIA.
PhD Thesis Title: Modelo para el estudio de las consecuencias de las intervenciones en el estuario del Guadalquivir.
Directed by: Asunción Baquerizo (UGR) and Miguel Angel Losada (UGR).

Strategic Line: “Marine tourism and cultural heritage”
Beneficiary: Mª ANGELES PASCUAL SANCHEZ.
PhD Thesis Title: La molturación en ámbito halieutico romano. Nuevas aportaciones de la arqueometría y la arqueología experimental al patrimonio cultural marino en el fretum gaditanum.
